London Marriott Hotel County Hall Project
The London Marriott Hotel County Hall is one of London’s iconic buildings, right in the heart of London. We are proud to be part of this prestigious project.
In 2014, I was approached by Heather McLellan, Senior Designer at RPW Design Ltd. Who informed me of the London Marriott County Hall’s project. RPW Design were interested in “The Bowler” wallpaper to fit in with their design theme. RPW selected the design as the bowler hats brought a touch of masculinity to reflect the previous use of the property which was the headquarters of London County Council and later the Greater London Council. I showed them the original samples of “The Bowler”. We discussed the design scale, colour, and type of wallpapers we use. They wanted to change the colour and design a little. Making it bespoke to their colour scheme. After a few initial meetings with samples, the design was approved and ready for printing. The wallpaper features in the corridor areas on five floors.
Wallpaper size: to fit in corridor x 5 floors
Print on: Textured vinyl wall covering suitable for the Hospitality and Contract market.
I would like to thank RPW for introducing ATADesigns to this project, it’s been a pleasure working with you, and hope to work with you again in the future.
