Free Event – Friday 30 Aug, 6.30pm at El Burrito, 5 Charlotte Place, London
Lupe Velázquez founder of Occenca, and a cool friend of mine is hosting a free exhibition in memory of his friend Manuel Bautista, a talented artist, who sadly passed away a few years ago. I received Lupe’s invite this week and felt compelled to send out a blog inviting you to come along to this heartfelt event.
I love everything about Lupe’s work, and I’m always excited to see what he’s going to produce next. He’s not only a very talented product and furniture designer, he’s also a gifted screen-printer and painter, and you can certainly see strong Mexican influences in his pieces.
